Pastor Love, our Senior Pastor, was called to the pulpit of the Bensalem
Baptist Church in February 1991, and was previously pastoring a church in the area of
Michigan north of Detroit. Pastor Love has a real heart for the people of his congregation
and the community. He does not much care for bios but has assented to this one,
understanding that some visitors to our site may wish to know more about him and his
family. Pastor Love is the son of missionary parents to Brazil, where he spent his
childhood years from age four thru seventeen , sometimes in remote villages in that
country. During that time, God had been developing a very real, caring heart in our Pastor
for, but certainly not limited to, missionary work and the support of missionaries here
and abroad, which he continues to exercise to this present time. Pastor has earned : a Bachelor's degree from The Fundamental Baptist
College, a Master's degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Divinity degree
from Trinity Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Divinity degree from Ambassador Baptist

2:15)@1. Pastor Love preaches and teaches "all the counsel of God"
(Acts 20:27,28)@2. during his Bible study classes and Worship services, to the
Glory of God. His vision is to see the social, physical, economic, and spiritual needs of
the congregation and the community met by showing the love of God to them personally, and
through the ministries of the church, with the hope that all would hear the Gospel and
receive God's free gift of salvation.
Pastor Rodney joined our staff in December of 2005. He graduated with his Bachelors from Ambassador Baptist College and then continued there to receive his Masters degree. As a Youth Pastor he has a love to teenagers and desire to see them grow to love and serve the Lord. His goal is to bring teens to the saving knowledge of Christ and to find His perfect will for their lives. As the music director, he desires to develop a music program that is lively, encouraging to the heart, and glorifying to God.
